“I. M. Pei: Life Is Architecture” is a touring solo exhibition dedicated to I. M. Pei, presented in three cities: Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Doha. The submitted work is the visual identity system specifically designed for the Shanghai venue. The visual design draws on the triangular motifs recurrent in I. M. Pei’s architecture, integrating them with typographic information to form icons that are then applied across a range of exhibition materials.
