Through the concept of “blooming on paper,” this calendar notebook seeks to break away from the conventional rectangular format of traditional calendar notebooks. Each month features a distinct colored paper form that extends to and interacts with the edges of the book. This notebook’s cover also nods to 2025, the Year of the Snake in the Chinese lunar calendar. In China, a specific type of woven bag is commonly called a “snake skin bag” because its material resembles snake skin, and this material is used on the notebook cover.
